Want to workout but don't know what to do with the children? Our child care is just what you need. With convenient hours and well trained staff, your children won't be your excuse any longer. Let them come in and do arts and crafts, color, play with other children, etc. while you workout.

Hours: Mon.-Fri. 9am-12pm       Sat. 8am-11am              



Personal Training  

Our personal training department is committed to you and your health and fitness goals, from weight management to mobility and balance. Our certified trainers can make it happen! They will work with you on all aspects of fitness, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and body composition. They will also be teaching you the skills you need to make fitness a lifestyle.


Get instructed on the proper mechanics of indoor cycling . Designed to burn calories and tone muscle, while increasing strength, stamina and endurance. Great way to target your hips, thighs and buttocks through this lower body exercise class!!
